Grilled Pineapple Skewers

Recipe:
9 Large slices of pineapple
9 metal or wooden skewers
1 tablespoon fresh chopped mint

Preheat grill to a medium heat. Skewer pineapple on all 9 skewers. Place the pineapple on the grill and grill each side for 1-2 minutes just to warm and get gill marks on them. Let cool for 5 minutes and place on a plate. Drizzle 1 ½ raspberry sauce over the skewers and garnish with some fresh mint.
